Best All-in-One Marketing Tool: ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels is an all-in-one marketing tool that will help you build high-converting landing pages, great sales funnels for your products, run your e-mail list, and send out e-mail newsletters and marketing campaigns.
ClickFunnels will also allow you to host your classes and membership sites right on the platform, so you don’t need any other online class provider. We use ClickFunnels on all of our sites, and I highly recommend it.
ClickFunnels is easy to use, but it does have a learning curve. In my experience, the best way to get started with ClickFunnels is through the 30-day One Funnel Away Challenge. After completing the One Funnel Away Challenge, you’ll have your first landing page set up, your e-mail list set up, and know everything you need to know to build your online marketing program. (Plus, after you sign up for the Challenge, you can also sign up for a free two-week trial of ClickFunnels).

Best for E-Mail List Management: AWeber
If you’re looking for an easy way to manage your e-mail list, send out e-mail newsletters, and drop e-mail sign-up forms onto your website, then I recommend AWeber.
I have used AWeber on a number of my sites to manage my e-mail lists, and their interface is easy to use… you won’t need to have any technical expertise in order to use their e-mail list tools.

Best for Webhosting: SiteGround
We use SiteGround to host our websites and domains.
SiteGround is easy to use, has great customer support, and unlike some other webhosts, we’ve never had to deal with significant site downtime issues. If you’re using WordPress as your site’s back-end (which I also highly recommend), you can choose their Managed WordPress hosting option.

Best for Online Classes: Teachable
For online classes, we use ClickFunnels, as mentioned above. But if you’re not going to use ClickFunnels as an all-in-one platform, you’re going to need somewhere to create and host your online classes (this includes password protecting your classes so that only paying customers can view them).
Teachable is a fantastic and easy-to-use platform for setting up your classes.
Teachable makes it easy to upload your content, easy to create great looking class pages, and easy to password-protect and sell your content.

Hosting webinars doesn’t need to be hard. We use ClickMeeting to host all of our online webinars, including live webinars (with paying customers in attendance) as well as recorded webinars (where we record the webinars and then sell the recorded content, either as a stand-alone webinar or as part of a class).
ClickMeeting is easy to use and includes the ability to sell access to your webinars, e-mail webinar registrants and attendees, and more.

Best for Podcasts: Buzzsprout
Many people are scared to start a podcast… they’re not sure how to format their podcasts, host them, and get them listed on platforms like iTunes, Spotify, and Stitcher Radio.
Thankfully, Buzzsprout makes all of that a snap. It’s as simple as recording your podcast, uploading it to Buzzsprout, and letting them do the rest. Highly recommended if you are starting a podcast.

Best for E-Book Cover Design: KillerCovers
If you’re selling e-books, one of the most important factors in successfully marketing them is making sure they have an attractive cover that looks great in your sales materials.
I have been using KillerCovers to design my e-book covers for almost twenty years, and they get my highest recommendation. Best of all, you can have a professional-grade e-book cover for your next project in under a week for less than $125.

Best for Invoicing: Freshbooks
When selling passive income products online, you’ll want to use an online payment processor (e.g., Stripe {which you can access through ClickFunnels}, or PayPal, or GumRoad).
But what about your consulting and freelancing clients? What’s the best way to send them invoices and collect payments for the projects you are working on? I use Freshbooks for all of the invoicing and payments for my consulting business.
With Freshbooks, you can create and send beautiful invoices online, accept credit card payments right from the invoice, and even set automatic payment reminders and recurring invoice payments. It’s the best invoicing and payment tool that I’ve ever used for my consulting work.
